My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Makaela: A Purr-fectly Unique Companion!!

Makaela is the epitome of feline affection, greeting you at the door with enthusiasm and transforming into the ultimate snuggle buddy in an instant. This loving lap kitty is your go-to companion for cozy movie nights and quiet reading sessions, though her adorably loud purrs might just steal the show!

Affectionate to her core, Makaela is always seeking chin scratches and extra attention. She's a shadow with whiskers, following you around to shower you with love. As the queen of grooming kisses, she expresses her happiness through feline spa treatments, making sure you feel just as loved as she does.

Despite being blind, Makaela's confidence knows no bounds. She's a master at navigating new spaces and loves meeting new people, proving that lack of sight doesn't mean lack of spirit! Her adaptability and enthusiasm for life make her a true inspiration.

Makaela would thrive best in a calm household with teens and adults, where she can reign as the sole furry monarch. A stair-free environment would be ideal for her safety, allowing her to explore her domain with confidence.

This special lady does come with some unique health considerations. She has chronic kidney disease, which is managed with a kidney-friendly prescription diet. She also requires daily blood pressure medication for secondary hypertension. Additionally, Makaela has a mild heart murmur, though it currently needs no treatment.

Makaela's unique needs make her the perfect companion for someone ready to provide a little extra care and receive boundless love in return. Her spunky attitude and adaptability make every day an adventure, proving that sometimes, the most extraordinary love comes in unexpected packages. If you're looking for a feline friend who will fill your days with affection, purrs, and joy, Makaela might just be the perfect match for you.
