My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here's what a shelter volunteer said about me: "Blaze was the highlight of my day, I think I had this guy out for 45 minutes and only met 4 dogs be I spent so much time with him 3. He was such a ball of fun. Just an overall happy dude who just needed his time to shine. He's actually in the market for a new best friend if you know anyone looking. Blaze loves showing how to sit for treats (which he takes gently). He's strong on leash, but makes up for it with the happiness he brings. We met a few other dogs and he's just very forward, but never showed any ounce of aggression. He would need a dog that's ok with that kind of play style. He just needs some manners, but I think he's such a fantastic dog who will literally be your best friend/ride or die. It was extremely hot this day so he was panting in most of the videos so we ended up going through the sprinkler at the end to cool him off (and me too)."

More about this rescue

Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists, overcrowded shelters, and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter. Our rescue is based in Pennsylvania, but we rescue dogs all over. Additionally to urgent cases, we also focus on helping long term shelter stay dogs.
