My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you think butt wiggles are cute and love kisses and never-ending looks of adoration, you have to meet Papi Nubs! This 3 year old staffie never fails to elicit gushing terms of endearment from passers-by. Although "Papi-Wapi" and "Nubsy-Wubsy" are embarrassing to say (and hear) you just can't help yourself! You may even find yourself pulling his smooshy-wooshy face in for a kissy-wissy.

Papi Nubs is an easy walker, just be prepared to stop and make new friends along the way. Papi Nubs loves everyone! He won't say no to an occasional treat, but your love is all he really needs ❤️

During playgroups, Papi Nubs inspired squeals of adoration from the volunteers. He was the sweetest little guy, and he certainly brought out the best in his female playmate. He ran and played, and he often reached up to try and put his paw on her. When she ran too fast, he barked and asked her to slow down. He also played in a mixed gender group of 7, and he was splendid. Happy, friendly, and equally playful with all. Volunteers really fell in love with this happy dog with a great disposition.

If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Papi Nubs 250813".

He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
