Rizzy has a set euthanization date and needs to get out before that day comes! She has had the life. She would love to find a very patient foster or FURever home where she will be able to learn to trust humans again. She is petrified of the leash. She just needs guidance, patience, and a whole lotta love. We believe she is a beagle mix around a year old. If you would be willing to open your heart and home to this girl and show her how life should be, we would all be extremely grateful. She is so scared and deserves to experience happiness. Our rescue facility is located in Tijuana. Once our rescues are ready for adoption, they are transported to our adoption events in San Diego. We are also in Puyallup, WA! When we are there, our adoption events take place at the PetSmart on 156th Street.
