What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Baxter is an energetic five-month-old boy who only wants to PLAY PLAY PLAY! He loves to play fetch and tug, and will run around the park for ages. When he's done playing, he will flop down on the coolest floor he can find and gaze at you with loving eyes. That's because Baxter is the friendliest dog you'll ever meet! He'll beg for pets from humans and beg to play with other dogs. Indoors, he'll follow you around wherever you go. We think he's a velcro dog in training!
Baxter has also shown himself to be fearless. Thunderstorms, fireworks, strange bugs--nothing phases Baxter. He's more likely to investigate than to run away!
We think Baxter will do well in any active household, whether a family with kids or a single adult. He's shown himself to be enormously adaptable in the past, so he should quickly settle into your home. If you show him just a little love, you'll have a faithful friend forever.
