Hi, this is Scout. We are trying this again. Please read the full profile before submitting an application. Schedule changes are not giving us the time necessary to work with her as much as we should as she is a very independent dog and our cat hates her. She is 9 months old and would love to have a dog or cat to play with. She needs a fenced yard as she will wander, farm(ette) or a pool/lake. She loves the dog park and has been great with kids there. She is house and crate trained, knows sit, down, wait, come. She is still a puppy and occasionally takes things she shouldn't (such as a sock left out). She will need a family/place that has the time and desire to work with an independent dog. She is not a cuddler but does like to play with her toys with you and she LOVES water. She pulls when leashed but I do think she would be a good jogging partner and be great for someone/a family that would like a dog that does not demand a lot of attention. Adoption fee negotiable.
