My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy earned his name because he’s a big ole Teddy Bear!! Teddy is a 7 month old, labradoodle. He’s around 38 lbs right now and we suspect he won’t get much over 50. Teddy is the epitome of happiness. He frolics and hops when he plays, he’s attentive and eager for affection, he’s basically irresistible! Teddy is dog friendly with dogs of all sizes. He is crate trained and house trained (he uses a doggie door). His coat is soft and fluffy and he sheds minimally if at all. It’s perfect for snuggling up to during movie time. Teddy and some of his extended family joined MHCR as a surrender from a couple in Texas. It’s unclear if they were intentional breeders or just unable to control their own situation, but the growing number of dogs became problematic for them due to their age so they sought help.

Teddy is in foster in Mead, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *
