My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey everyone, my name is Doc! You might remember me as a tiny, adorable pup, but now I'm back and looking for my true forever home. I was adopted once, but things didn't quite work out, so here I am, ready to find my perfect match! I'm in that charmingly awkward phase where my paws are a bit too big, and my movements are still a little clumsy. But trust me, I'm still absolutely adorable and full of puppy energy! I love to play and explore my surroundings, and I'm having so much fun discovering new things every day.
I'm great with other playful dogs, and having an active sibling would be amazing to help me burn off all this puppy energy and show me the ropes of being the best dog ever. I'm super smart and learn quickly, especially when there are treats involved. Just a heads up, though—I get a little overexcited about treats and might resemble a velocicopter when I go for one!
I'm looking for a family with experience in puppy training, someone who can lead me and help me grow into the best version of myself. A big, fenced-in backyard would be a dream come true because I love to explore and run around. I'm quite the talker, so apartment living might not be the best fit for me. I was born at the shelter in the first week of March, and I'm ready to bring lots of love, joy, and fun to my new home. If you're looking for a smart, playful, and loving pup to join your family, I'm your guy! Let's make some amazing memories together.

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
