My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cholula is *truly* a special kitten and is by far the most human-focused kitten of his litter of four. As soon as he sees you, he will run up to you purring up a storm and demanding attention.

Cholula gets along and plays well with his siblings and all other cats, but he also focuses most of his attention on you. Cholula loves a good belly rub and is happy as long as he is getting pets and is close to you. If you are looking for a lap kitten who needs to be near/on you at all times, look no further than Cholula!

He is a confident kitten so we are sure he would get along great with any gentle doggie. Cholula has met a number of children and takes to them just as quickly as he does adults. Cholula is especially playful, so he would appreciate joining a home with a young willing playmate. Cholula would also love to get adopted with his sister from another mother, Aviana, if possible, but he is also happy to go on his own.

Cholula is 100% litter trained and has undergone comprehensive veterinarian treatments, including all disease testing and vaccines. All he needs is a loving place and people to call his forever home. Ensure you make the opportunity to meet this special kitten! We have no doubt you will fall in love with him immediately!

More about this rescue

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
