Meet Bix! Big came to us when he was found in a ditch of water when he was 2 weeks old. He was adopted out and his owners had to surrender him back due to a move with the military. He is a young pit bull terrier mix. He is so sweet and loving! He has had professional training and does great with it! He is very well behaved on each and when out and about. He is great with kids! He would be great in an only dog home or with a female dog. Apply for Big today!

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
