My name is Jem!

Jem and his sister Scout were found together in a box on trash day by some Good Samaritans and former Kitten Snatchers adopters who made sure they were safe and healthy and made it to a foster. Jem is a feisty energetic kitten who loves chasing his sister Scout and foster brother Dill, climbing everything he can and exploring, even when he’s not supposed to. Jem is very curious and loves to play, especially with wand toys and to sit in the window watching birds. He isn’t too fussed about food,  but can be very vocal when things aren’t up to his standards. He’s too high energy to be much of a snuggler right now, but that will probably change as he gets older and calms down. He does love climbing humans to try and get up high or to reach a spot he can’t get on his own and also enjoys ear scritches, but can’t quite settle enough to be much of a lap cat yet. He definitely needs another high energy, playful kitten sibling, like sister Scout or foster brother Dill, though Jem doesn’t seem to enjoy dogs too much yet.
