My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

With her soulful eyes and sweet demeanor, Miss Finch is a gorgeous tortie kitten ready for her forever family! She starts out quiet, but becomes quite mischievous once she warms up! She loves to pounce on mouse toys and hide in the crinkle kitten tunnel! Feather toys are her favorite, and she'll even share them with her brothers and sisters. She can be a bit reserved at first with people, but with a little bit of patience, she will give a whole lotta love to her future family.

She'll need to be adopted with a litter mate (Abby Kadabby, Julia or Grover) or into a forever home with an existing playful feline.

Approximate DOB: April 2024

Foster Home Location: Fort Atkinson

Consider adopting 2 kittens! There are many benefits including:

- One kitten can become lonely and bored

- Two kittens will keep each other busy

- Having two kittens is very entertaining!

- You’ll have fewer behavioral issues with two kittens

- You’ll save TWO lives instead of just one

- Adoption fee is discounted for the 2nd kitten

If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website:    https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff

Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

Our adoption fees:

Kittens (under 6 months): $150 (or 2 for $225)

Adults (6 months to 7 years): $75 (or 2 for $100)

Seniors (8 years and up): $40 (or 2 for $60)

All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.

Go meet their pets

We are completely foster home based and do not cage our cats unless medically necessary. Because we are foster home based, we require an approved application on file and will then make arrangements for you to meet that special cat or kitten!

More about this rescue

We are a cat advocacy group dedicated to ending feline overpopulation in our area. Our purpose is to help owned and unowned cats in our area by facilitating high quality, high volume, low cost spay/neuter services; helping caregivers to find resources to keep and humanely care for their cats; and providing care to cats in need, especially those who may not find help elsewhere.
