Looking for a lap dog? a little guy that will follow you around adoringly and be your BFF?

Willie is your guy. Willie is small enough at 10 lbs to go everywhere with you.

Willie was found as a stray so we really don't know everything about him but, what we do know is he is a cuddle bug, he loves to sit in your lap, lay around in a soft dog bed and gets along great with his foster canine siblings. Willie is crate trained and is still working on house training but doing well.

Willie does fine in a car and enjoys meeting new people.

Adopt Willie and show him the love and good life he deserves.

Our foster dogs/pups are all in foster homes and can be met by appointment. We also will have regular adoption events at PetSmart and Pet Supply Plus stores.

Active Paws rescue will help pets in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach.

Active Paws Rescue would love to see that every animal knows love and kindness. No animal should have to endure needless neglect and suffering. We will provide a voice to those that need it most.

We believe in not only helping the animals but educating our local communities on how to do better.
