Chipper is an extremely cheerful and sociable pup, but he lacks proper etiquette and doesn't understand the concept of personal space or boundaries. He's always in a playful mood and has an abundance of energy like a husky. It would be great if he had an activity to channel some of this energy. He's a clever little guy who catches on to things quickly, especially when there's food involved.
