My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HI - I'M STANLEY the handsome lab mix -- and first things first, I tested well with other dogs and cats, too! I have a bit of a sordid past, though. I had lousy owners, and was confiscated by the sheriffs and brought to a scary shelter. Due to the extreme overcrowding at the shelter, I was in danger of being euthanized. Thankfully I was rescued and now I'm surrounded by people who love me -- but I still need a forever home!

I am a happy-go-lucky boy and so overjoyed to be alive. I tested well with other dogs, and I love to go on walks and hang out with people. I'm young and full of life and would make a great hiking buddy. I'm affectionate and sweet and would love nothing more than to become your best friend. I am only 3 years old and weigh about 65 pounds. Can you welcome me into your home?

Meet the Pet

After an initial interview, we work to set up a meet and greet with the new pet.

Additional adoption info

We work hard to match the right dog with the right person or people. Often people inquire about one dog, but end up adopting a different dog that is a better fit. We have many dogs to choose from and are able to successfully match people with their forever companions.

Go meet their pets

We do private meet-and-greets only.
