We would like introduce you to Remi!
Remi is a beautiful silver Lab born September 15, 2020. Remi is a sweet and loyal dog. She does have separation anxiety and is currently taking prescription medication to help. She’s a total cuddle bug-loves to play fetch outside! Remi is house broken and knows most of her basic commands. She is not a fan of other female dogs but may do well with a submissive male dog.
She really prefers to be the only dog soaking up the love of her people. She will do best in a home with a human around most of the time - a large fenced yard for safely playing fetch and if children are present-over the age of 5. Applications: www.mikeyschance.com

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application to be filled out which includes personal references. An in-Home check by a Mikey's Chance volunteer is also performed prior to adoption. Our dogs come to the adopter "ready-to-go" with current Vet health checks, all shots and vaccinations current and the animal spayed or neutered, as well as micro-chipped.

Our adoption process can take 2-4 weeks to process as we are run completely by volunteers, all of whom work full time jobs.

We depend on a network of volunteers and fosters for the care of our dogs. The dogs are fostered primarily in Tri-Cities, WA. We often have Meet 7 Greet events at Petsmart and Paws Natural Pet Emporium LLC both in Kennewick.

"Mikey's Chance" is a dog rescue organization organized under Washington State articles of Incorporation as a Non-profit Charity. We focus mainly on saving dogs that are at risk or on “Death Row” in shelters in our area, and placing them to great families. We work with individual adopters, private rescuers, and rescue organizations that share our values. All our dogs are up to date on shots, sterilized, and microchipped prior to adoption, and they are all carefully evaluated to ensure the best possible match with adopters.
