My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Lady Bug, and I am cute as a bug and I know it! Some might call me a diva or princess, but I just know what I want and how to get it with this adorable face and personality! I spend all my days and nights with my brother, so we are very close. I am bigger than him, so I can roll him around pretty good when we play and wrestle, which we do all day. After a good play session, I am ready for a long quiet nap, so I will go find a quiet spot and lay down and sleep, as all princesses need their rest. I have never been apart from my brother, so I would really like to have another doggie playmate, as I will be very lonely when we both find our own homes. My fosters say I am a very smart girl. I sleep all night in my kennel and never make a mess in there. I am doing great with the pee pads in the house as well. I will have the occasional accident, but I am still a baby, so I am still learning. I love playing outside in the grass and finding new sticks to chew. I really want a home with a large fenced yard so I can still play outside and explore. I am just a fluff ball of love, and a little sass, who will steal your heart and bring so much joy to your home. I was a bottle fed baby at two weeks, so my fosters have become very attached to me and are going to be very sad to see me go. They want to find the perfect family that will love and adore me as much as they do. Maybe it will be you?
Love, Lady Bug

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption application process , which includes a home visit, help us to ensure we find wonderful, permanent loving and caring families for each one of our dogs. We feel that honesty is the best policy when it comes to finding homes for our dogs; we want to avoid any unfortunate surprises after you bring your new friend home. After all, we are looking for a BEDR life for our dogs! There is an online adoption application that must be filled completed before a home visit will be set up. The application can be found on our website,

More about this rescue

PLEASE USE APPLICATION LINK ABOVE, NOT EMAIL!

We are a registered charitable NO KILL Rescue, located in Regina, SK, Canada dedicated to helping dogs that have fallen on hard times (homeless, abandoned and in some cases, surrendered). With the help of dedicated volunteer foster families, our dogs live as part of the family while they are in foster care right up until they move in with their new family. We strive to help with the over-population of pets by making sure each and every puppy*, adolescent and adult dog is spayed/neutered. (*Note: sterilization of puppies is the owner's responsibility and proof of sterilization must be shown at 6 months of age.)
