Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi Everyone! My name is Loon - but sometimes I answer to Lulu. I love playing with my foster sister and I really look up to her! I am very playful and maybe a little rambunctious, testing boundaries, learning what to chew vs what not to chew and full of personality! I am a very brave and independent pup. I love to explore, play with toys and the other dogs in the house or just zoom around the house or outside. I am an energetic girl who will make an awesome running, hiking, walking or active partner! My breed is guessed to be a mix of heeler and shepherd; both of which are high energy working dogs. This means I will do best if I have a ‘job’ or many ways to expel my energy and use my very smart brain! I am working on my sit command (but that’s really hard to do when your a playful puppy)! I can also jump very high! My fosters said I would likely enjoy (and benefit) from dog training classes such as agility, flyball, frisbee/disk, scent work or even just trick training! I love my food and am responding well to training with food. I am starting to sleep through the night in my kennel, and I am having less accidents. I’m looking for a family that can give me the best life and lots of love! See you soon!
Love, Loon

We are a registered charitable NO KILL Rescue, located in Regina, SK, Canada dedicated to helping dogs that have fallen on hard times (homeless, abandoned and in some cases, surrendered). With the help of dedicated volunteer foster families, our dogs live as part of the family while they are in foster care right up until they move in with their new family. We strive to help with the over-population of pets by making sure each and every puppy*, adolescent and adult dog is spayed/neutered. (*Note: sterilization of puppies is the owner's responsibility and proof of sterilization must be shown at 6 months of age.)
