My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SMOKEY - 2 1/2 purebred Male Saint Bernard (UTD, but not neutered - he is in foster care as of 06-30 and will get neutered) is a great dog that needs a home ASAP!!! Free with rescue help toward neutering. MUST SIGN CONTRACT TO GET NEUTERED.
HE WILL BE TAKING TO SHELTER IN A FEW DAYS IF NO ONE STEPS UP. PLS. HELP SAVE SMOKEY.
FOSTERS ARE WELCOMED TO CALL AND TRANSPORT ALMOST ANYWHERE WITHIN REASON.
Family is heartbroken they have to do this. They have lost their jobs moved to Viriginia and living in motel. NOT FAIR TO SMOKEY. They want him in a loving where he has a yard. Family has no idea what is in their future. They need him in his forever stable home.
Smokey is great with people, kids and mid-size to large dogs. Goes to dog park.... acts the fool at the fence, but once the door opens, he is frolicking and a good boy. He knows sit, stay. Pulls on leash, but willing to learn and listens well. NO FOOD AGRESSION and great with children, even those visiting.
NO CATS OR LITTLE DOGS LIKE CHIHUAHUA.
This boy would be great in a home with a fenced in yard or large pc of land to run and playing. Being on 2 1/2 years old, he still a puppy and loves to play. He sleeps with family in their beds and a very health happy boy. He must be netuered and I can help you with that. He is free. He also has a very slight bit of cherry eye and the vet has deemed in so minor that he needs no treatment and it doesnt bother him.
