Wren is a 2 year old Pomeranian-Papillon mix looking for her fabulous forever home! Wren was rescued from the shelter after she was removed from a hoarding situation. When the shelter was overflowing, they sent up the paw signal and we rushed over to help out. Wren leapt into our arms and she has never looked back since. With her fabulous ears and bright smile, she has brightened our days and we are so excited to help her find her fabulous forever family. Wren is on the smaller side but her personality is anything but!

Wren is an out-going, fun-loving lady with a personality just bursting out of her. She knows just how adorable she is and she soaks up the attention she gets as she trots around town. Heads turn when Wren hits the sidewalk. She loves being cuddled and delights in being carried around like a baby. She has a vibrant personality that gets her cookies and pets on errands. Wren loves following her foster people around the house as they go about their days but is also happy to entertain herself when she needs to. She would love a home where her people work from home, so she can be the company mascot. Even though she is small, she can seriously get her steps in! She keeps up with her foster parents as they hit the block. Whether you’re looking for a couch potato or a partner in crime, Wren is that dog. She can’t wait to launch herself into a pile of squeaky toys her new people shower her in. Wren’s party trick is also fabylous: she taught herself how to dance on her hind legs and shows off her routines often for her adoring fans Wonderful Wren will make any day brighter and any life more fulfilling!

Wren starts her morning around 8 AM with a trip outside for potty. She gets a morning walk to the nearby park and then returns home for her breakfast. After she finishes eating, Wren hangs out in her dog bed while her foster mama starts her workday. She heads out onto the balcony for some sunbathing as the sun gets warmer. Around 1 PM she heads out on another short walk and then gets a yummy treat. She plays with her toys and snoozes some more until the workday ends. She’s waiting at the door for her 6 PM walk which she looks forward to every day. She has dinner at 7 and then spends the rest of the evening hanging out on the couch and catching up on her reality TV shows. After one last trip outside for potty, she heads to bed at 10 PM.

Wren gets along well with other dogs but can sometimes come off a little too eager for friendship. She takes corrections well though! She will need continued socialization and training as she settles into your home. Wren walks well on a leash and is part of the pack as they trot along. Wren is mostly house trained but will need motivation to start a new routine when she is adopted. Wren would thrive in a home as either a solo dog or as a member of the pack. She just wants to know that she is adored and she promises to adore you in return.

Wren is an option for just about any home, regardless of prior dog owning experience. Kids in the home should be over the age of 9.
