My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Goldie!

Goldie is a spirited, high-energy girl with a personality as golden as her name! With an adorable underbite that’ll melt your heart, this feisty little lady is a bundle of fun and independence. She’s dog-friendly and enjoys wrestling with her foster siblings, but Goldie can be a bit of a boss, so she might just shine brightest as the only dog in the home.

Her playful nature is matched by her love for teething toys and games—she’ll happily chew away for hours, keeping herself entertained and out of trouble. Goldie is also fully house-trained and crate-trained, making her an ideal companion for an owner who appreciates both her spunk and her good manners.

Goldie is also a bit of a “squirrel patrol officer” and will let the squirrels in the yard know exactly how she feels about their antics. Independent yet affectionate, Goldie enjoys her time with people and knows how to be sweet when it counts, but she’s equally happy to keep herself busy.

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind, fun-loving companion who will bring a bit of sass and a lot of love to your life, Goldie could be your perfect match!

To add Goldie to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you!

Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.

We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms.

Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping.
