My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hovawart Angel came to us from an owner who relinquished her by no fault of her own. They loved her, but did not have the ability to keep her. This is a sweet girl who is good with people & other dogs. She would benefit from some exercise and a nice quiet home. Her birth date is 01/30/16 and she currently weighs 101#. This girl is reported as house trained, She will not be adopted with small children as she needs a retirement home where she can lose 15-20#.
She has been vet. checked, spayed, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She is heart worm & tick borne illness negative. She had a dental & also a skin tag removed from below her eye.
Her adoption donation is $100 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. Any extra funds collected in his adoption donation not used for his vetting, will go into our general vetting fund for other dogs in need. We do not ship or transport.

A phone interview with an adoption coordinator is required.

Meet the Pet

If approved, we will set up an appointment for you to meet the pet. If everything goes well, you will be able to take them home the same day

We do NOT accept personal checks. We accept cash, certified check, money order and debit/credit cards (with a 3% processing fee).
