My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Asher and Abby are 2 of the most rambunctious little boogers you’ll meet. These 9 lb puppies are about 4 months old (approx. DOB is March 16th, 2024) and will make sure to keep you on your toes.

Asher and Abby were found roaming the streets of a rural area when they took cover at a home, where the homeowners took them under their wing and spent time looking for their owners. Unfortunately, no owners came forward, so they contacted us to help them.

We believe based on their wire hair coats, minimal shedding, paws and the fact they have not grown in the weeks we have had them, they are schnauzer/Scottish terrier mixes and will stay under 25 lbs once full grown. While we can’t say for sure they are hypoallergenic, we do believe they would do better than most dogs in a home with allergies.

These puppies know no boundaries. They are as carefree and as loving as puppies can be – They love everyone and everything they meet. They get super excited when they see people and they absolutely love children and playing with them. They would make wonderful family dogs for a family with (or without) children.

Asher and Abby love other dogs. Both of these pups are very in your face kind of dogs, as they are just that happy of puppies. If you have a dog that does not like overly excited dogs, please keep in mind that you will have to work with them to make a happy home life. Asher and Abby have met cats and with proper training, can live happily in a home with them.

A more active home (even if just playing with toys in the backyard for a bit) would be ideal for these 2 rascals. They are energetic, but they are only puppies and will eventually outgrow it, but for now, love to run around and play play play. When they’re tired, they like to jump on the couch and take a long nap in the air conditioning.

Asher and Abby love to talk to you and tell you about their day. They are learning how to tell you when they need to go outside and use the restroom, but it is a work in progress. Another dog in the home can help them learn the ropes and teach them the ways of being a house doggy.

If you’re looking for a dog that will keep you entertained, that will forever want your love and affection and will thrive to please, that will make you laugh for years to come, please consider adopting Asher or Abby, they are such amazing pups that deserve the best.

Most of our animals are located in Texas unless otherwise specified at the top of their bio. If they are listed in a certain new England city at the top of their bio, that means they are in a foster home and no further transport can be offered from the city they are in (unless the foster is able to meet you, or you go to the city they are fostered in).

The animals we have in Texas are available for transport once adopted. We use multiple different transport companies (via vehicle), all are USDA licensed. We have transport companies that can go directly to your door (this option costs slightly more, but it’s a smaller transport and more one on one care). This company can go as far as the Canadian border along the east coast.

We also use larger companies who are just as fantastic. This transport is included in the adoption fee, but they meet at general stops along the route, depending on where adopters are located for that specific transport. Most transports have stops in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

Transports leave every 1-3 weeks, depending. We go over more specifics once you are an approved adopter.
