Oklahoma and her brother Kentucky were found running wild covered in porcupine quills! They approached their finder and jumped right into the truck, ready to get rid of those quills and find a loving home. Oklahoma is a sweet girl who is building her confidence in her foster home. She does great with kids and other dogs! She has shown interest in cats and just needs some gentle reminders to leave them alone. Oklahoma loves to sleep in her kennel and will remind you when it’s bedtime! Oklahoma is great on the leash and has experience tagging along for fieldwork and knows to stay close. For a young dog, she gets wiped out pretty quickly and jumps into the car when she’s ready to go home. If you’re looking for a sweet family dog who can go everywhere with you, Oklahoma might be your girl!
Oklahoma is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Please call us at 509-332-3422 or email us at staff@whitmanpets.org to make an appointment to meet Oklahoma!
