Meet Franklin! Darling Franklin was adopted over 3 years ago, but due to unfortunate changes in his home structure, he and his friend Delilah, both had to be returned to the rescue. Franklin learned so much in his former home, he is perfectly leash trained, potty trained, crate trained, doesn't chew up kids toys or stuffed animals, gets along great with other dogs, loves children and adults, and is simply amazing! If you are looking for an amazing dog, look no farther, and apply to meet Franklin today!

Step 1: FIND YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND
Look through our adoptable cats or adoptable dogs online or come to our weekend adoption events:

Step 2: FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
Fill out an application at wagsandwhiskerspetrescue.com and
call to schedule an appointment 530-895-8888

Step 3: APPROVAL, PAYMENT, & PICKUP
Your new family member can be picked up if you're approved and the animal is spayed or neutered. Payment of the adoption fee is required to reserve the pet. Adoption fees vary for each dog, puppy, cat and kitten.

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all breed, NO KILL, animal rescue organization, incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer driven group with a number years experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate and rehome, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals in Willows and Chico, California.

We rescue animals at risk of euthanasia in shelters, as well as those surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We are committed to helping the most needy, as well as the readily adoptable.
