This handsome man is Tadashi. He's a 7 month old Shiba Inu who desperately needs to find his forever home soon!! Being in a cage his whole life has made him a bit timid and he has some issues with people coming in his space aka the cage/crate/fenced area. He approaches quickly and may nip fingers if you put your hand in. This is his tactic to scare you away or keep you from hurting him. He is however the exact opposite when he's out on the leash or just hanging out with you. When he's out he is a sweet boy who loves attention and pets. ☺️❤️ He is looking for a home where he's a only dog/animal as he is pushy and can start things. He is active and needs someone who can give him the attention and exercise he is craving!! We are more than sure with just a bit of consistent work he will shape into a fabulous dog! He is being worked with daily and has made great progress. He's learned that he loves being petted and rubbed on. He has even learned he likes when his foster mom kisses his nose. He even gave her a kiss for the first time! He has received a health check, DHLPP vaccine, rabies vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, a dose of ivermectin, and we had him wormed.
