This pet was brought in by a community member on June 4, 2024.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Plank, an adolescent male cat looking for a patient and understanding home. Due to being under-socialized, Plank is very shy and may take some time to warm up to new people and environments. He gets easily overstimulated, so he will need an adopter who is experienced with cat body language and can respect his boundaries. With the right person, Plank has the potential to blossom into a loving and loyal companion.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
