My name is Mercury!

Mercury is a sweet, goofy boy who loves long walks, tennis balls, belly rubs, and FOOD!

We love him and are heartbroken to have to make the choice to rehome him. Unfortunately due to a separation and some extenuating health circumstances, we are not able to provide the level of care that he requires. He should be in a home with more human presence where he’s not alone all day, or at least has access to some outdoor space.

He can be a little bit of an anxious guy, but he’s always been sweet and playful with humans (including children.) He is hit or miss with other dogs. He’s been living with another (small, female) dog for the last 5 years or so and they always got along. Meeting dogs on leash is usually fine but off-leash requires him to know the dog first.

He deserves the BEST home and we want him to be somewhere where he can be actively loved and cared for.
