My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Harry, a 5-month-old pup who is so sweet and so soft. He hugged his foster mom when she picked him up at the shelter and has been spending most of his time sitting on her lap ever since. He loves to cuddle and wants to be wherever  his humans are.

Harry and his sister were found wandering around as strays and eventually taken to the shelter. Harry’s sister got adopted, leaving poor Harry behind. He’s now in a foster home where he’s been impressing his foster parents with his relaxed attitude ever since. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night and hasn’t had any accidents inside the house. He’s been very quiet. No barking yet.

Harry’s breed is somewhat of a mystery since he was found as a stray. But we’re thinking he may have some Labrador Retriever and Great Pyrenees in him. He has webbed feet and back dewclaws. He’s also got a curled tail so perhaps he’s got some kind of spitz breed in him as well.

Harry is in a foster home with a few adult dogs who are teaching him valuable lessons about life, and he’s enjoying playtime with the younger, more playful pups. He’s very confident and jovial around all the other dogs.

Harry currently weighs a little less than 30 pounds at approximately 5 months, so we think he’ll be a larger dog when full grown, maybe around 70 lbs.
