Meet Maui Jim, one of our Sunglasses litter puppies!
These boys came to us as an outreach case from our partner organization Pawster. The momma dog's owner experienced a crisis and needed help with her dog; but unknown to her, momma was pregnant. Thankfully because of fosters and supporters, SOAR was able to help place the puppies while mommy was spayed, vaccinated and got to go back to her loving home!
The puppies' mom is approximately 15 pounds and her puppies will be small breed pups when full grown. We think they may be Pomeranian mixes and will be all things little dog personality - fun, spunky, playful, happy to use their bark and love a nice lap to cuddle in.
The Sunglasses pups have an adoption fee of $325 each. They are up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on prevention. They will also be scheduled to be spayed or neutered by the rescue.
Due to high demand these puppies will only be posted for a few days, and then we will process applications.
Please note that we are a completely volunteer run organization and may take 48 hours to respond.
Please make sure to fully complete your application. If responses are not complete, you may not be contacted due to the volume of applications.
We can only set up meet and greets once an application has been approved. Thank you for understanding.

More about this rescue
We are a foster based animal rescue in the Nashville area.
Our mission is to work as a shelter diversion for animals who are facing homelessness, through no fault of their own. We provide vet care, a foster and adoption for animals belonging to owners who are homeless or living below the poverty level, where rehoming is their only option.
The majority of SOARescue animals come to us through our big sister organization SAFPAW (Southern Alliance for People and Animal Welfare).
If you would like to learn more about SAFPAW and their weekly spay/neuter transport, homeless outreach program and women's post recovery home, please visit their website at www.safpaw.org.
If SOARescue has the capacity to aid with other strays or owner surrenders, we will gladly do so. Our goal is to help relieve pressure on the over-burdened shelter system.
