A shelter volunteer dogwalker shared this info about Blackstar:

Beautiful Blackstar is a real sweetie. She was shy to be leashed in her kennel and submissive but once outside she was easy to walk and kept up a good pace. In the play yard she ran around and explored, greeted another dog at the fenceline energetically and gave them some German Shepherd social chatter (she arrived at shelter with dog Starfire so has been dog friendly in the past).
She came to me and put her paws in my lap and gave hugs and kisses. She is very affectionate and enjoyed petting. She sits for treats and likes to stay close for attention. We enjoyed our time out together!
