MEET GIBSON & HARVEY (Bonded Pair) !!!

Gibson is a sweet and loving dog with a gentle nature. He has a calm demeanor and enjoys spending time with his brother, making him a wonderful companion. While he may appear timid and shy at first, once he warms up to you, he reveals his affectionate and loyal personality. Harvey is quite independent and prefers to observe his surroundings rather than actively engaging in every activity. He is not particularly interested in toys, which makes him a low-maintenance pet in terms of playtime. Despite his independence, Gibson loves to join in when other dogs are playing fetch, showing his social side and ability to get along with other dogs. Gibson is quite close with his brother and will often play with him. , Harvey can be timid, so sudden movements (ex:// moving your hands up really fast) may startle him. Gibson's past is a bit of a mystery, but his gentle nature and love for companionship suggest he has experienced kindness and care. He has a strong bond with his brother, showing that he values family and loyalty. ,

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters will be required to complete our Adoption Application, read and sign our Adopting Policies and Procedures, and participate in a home visit by one of our adoption representatives. Our Adoption Application is located on our website: www.underdogaz.com.

We also have a mandatory two-week Foster With Intent to Adopt trial period for all animals in order to be certain the pet is a good fit for your family.

Our standard adoption fee for dogs is $200; puppies are $250.

Non-standard fees do sometimes apply. Puppies younger than six months may have a higher fee. Designer dogs, purebreds, and other toy type breeds may also have higher adoption fees than the standard $200.

We do, however, have discounted fees for dogs that are seniors, a pair of dogs adopted together, or cats. If you are a veteran or an active duty service member, please ask about our partnership with Pets For Patriots.

All Underdog pets are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped prior to adoption.

We are a 501c3 non profit, your donations save lives and are 100% tax deductible.

Underdog Rescue of Az is an all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescuing and re-homing of abandoned and/or abused dogs.

We are a foster-based rescue, and do not maintain a physical base of operations. All of our animals are placed with loving, caring safe foster families until they are adopted. We are also an "All Breed" rescue, and do not discriminate based on breed, age, size, etc.

Underdog's mission also includes educating the public on the issue of animal welfare. We strive to promote shelter reform, spay and neuter education and emergency rescue information & assistance.
