Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Luna is an approximately 5 1/2 month old, 35 lbs. sweet and gorgeous girl.
We think Luna is a mix of husky and shepherd, and probably some other breeds mixed in. We think she'll be around 60 lbs. at maturity.
Luna walks well on leash, does well in her crate, and is potty trained. She knows basic commands and has started "Place" work. She's a super smart girl who is pretty calm but high energy. Luna does excellent with other dogs and we think she would love a playmate of similar size. She has been around cats in her foster home and gets excited about them but with guidance and direction does well. She has no intention to harm the cats but she loves to chase. The same goes for chickens and other small animals. She also adores her people and will be the best faithful companion. She doesn't care to meet other people when out and about which makes her nice and neutral towards people. Luna loves to explore and she does wonderful on hikes, and even on outings to a public park where she was a little rock star. She has no fear issues and is a nicely balanced pup. She can be taken anywhere if her training is being kept up. Luna is not an apartment dog as she can be vocal at times and likes to do the husky talk/howl. She loves to play with her doggie pals here at the rescue or lay down and chew on a bone. Her absolute favorite thing to do, however, is something active. She would be the absolute best PNW adventure companion. You want to go explore and Luna will be part of it. Hiking, biking, paddle boarding....we know she'd love it all. She did great running next to a bike.
We're looking for someone who can continue her training and provide the guidance and structure she needs to succeed. We'll give you all the tools to be successful.
All of our adult dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated. They all receive training to make the transition as successful as possible. If you're interested in a meet, you must fill out an application on our website www.wallflowersshine.com/application. If you want to follow all the training Luna has received, check out our IG page, the_wallflowers_shine_project, and watch “stories” and “highlights”.
Thank you for your interest in one of our dogs.
