My name is Wiggles!

Howdy there, folks, I'm Wiggles and I happen to think that name fits me perfectly since it describes the dance move you'll catch me doing if we're good pals. See, it might take me some time to really start moving and grooving with you, but with some snacks, patience, and heaps of love, you're sure to catch a glimpse of my signature move in action. The world is still somewhat of a mystery to me, so I'm looking for a home that will take the time to show me all the good things it has to offer a guy like me. There are a few things I already really love about the world, though! Those include good treats, good sniffs, and good toys. I might even show you another dance move of mine in exchange for some snacks if you're lucky. It's a move I like to call "the sit." I like to think I'm a pro at it, but I guess I'll let you decide. Since I'm more of a slow dancer than a jazzercise-r, I think I'd do best in a home with older kids. I'm still working on my social skills with other dogs too, but I'd be open to the idea of sharing the spotlight with a canine dancer partner but we'd have to meet first to be sure we don't step on each other's toes (that just ruins the whole tango, don't you know?). Cats don't exactly jive with my style of dance, so I'd much prefer a home without them. If I sound like the perfect dancer to make your dance floor shine, boogie on over to the shelter to meet me to see my best choreography for yourself. I'll keep my dancing shoes ready!

This pet is part of our Foster-to-Adopt program. You will meet this pet more than once before entering into a 3-week trial placement in your home. You will be matched with a behavior expert to help you and your pet through any bumps in the road during the trial placement. When all parties agree it is a match, we finalize the adoption!
