This is probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
This is Leroy. He is around 9 years old, fixed, and FIV+. When he was 2 years old, I found him around the dumpster at my old job and I instantly fell in love with this boy. I couldn't find his family so I took him to the vet for a check up and thats when he was diagnosed. His diagnosis does not affect how he lives life at all. He is so loyal and lovable. He will always find a way to sleep with you and love on you. He's the best cat I've ever had.
That being said, I'm at the point now where I can't give him the love and attention he needs and it's the most heartbreaking thing in the world to me right now. I just recently found out that my toddler is allergic and no matter what I do, he's having a rough time. It's not fair to Leroy to constantly be "shooed" away from my son when all he wants to do is love on him. We can't give him the life he deserves anymore sadly. There's 2 NON FIV cats here that need to be rehomed with him!
