My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nova is a beautiful senior dilute calico cat with a gentle yet spirited personality. She can get overstimulated and may nip to communicate her need for space. She needs an adult-only home where her boundaries are respected and prefers a quiet environment. Nova is okay with other cats if she has her own space. If you’re looking for a calm, understanding companion, Nova could be the perfect addition to your family. Contact us to learn more about adopting Nova!

More about this rescue

Founded in 1988, Purrfect Pals was the first no-kill cat shelter and sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest.

Our cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Our ultimate goal is to match them up with the perfect family at one of our five Puget Sound adoption centers or special adoption event, but these cats will have a loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.
