Hi, I’m Caterpillar!
I’m 7 years young, weigh 38 pounds, and I’m all about enjoying life at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for a dog who loves to chill, then look no further—I’m your guy! I’m low-energy, which means I’m perfectly content lounging on the couch or going on nice, relaxed walks. I’ve mastered the art of being a professional napper, but don’t worry, I still know how to have fun!
I’ve got some pretty stellar potty skills, so no accidents here—I keep things clean and tidy. I also know my basic commands, so if you say “sit,” I’ll gladly show off my well-behaved side. And let me tell you, if there’s a car ride involved, I’ll be your best co-pilot. I’m always ready to hit the road, wind in my fur, living my best life.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
