Pippa is a smart and lovable little lady who will capture your heart with her docile charm and unique looks. Pippa’s hazel eyes and a cute black smudge of fur on the right side of her nose make her absolutely irresistible.

Pippa enjoys eating, napping, and playing to her heart's content every day. Though she can be a bit more solitary than her siblings at times, she still loves snuggling among them for a cozy nap. Born to an indoor-outdoor cat, Pippa has never spent a day of her life outdoors and is perfectly content with indoor life.

Pippa adores human cuddles and takes great pleasure in finding new hiding places to surprise her siblings. Despite being the smallest in the litter, she holds her own in tussles and never backs down from a playful challenge.

She's great with nail clipping and perfect with the litter box, making her an easy and delightful companion. If you're looking for a clever and affectionate kitten who loves a good cuddle and a bit of adventure, Pippa is the purrfect match for you!

Interview

Once an application is received an Adoption Counselor will call to discuss your preferences and set up a "Meet & Greet" appointment.

Meet the Pet

A cat or kitten can go home the same day as a "meet & greet".

4.
Home Check

At our discretion, a home visit may be required. Adopters agree to keep cat(s) indoors only and to not declaw.

Additional adoption info

We offer "Meet & Greets" by appointment. To schedule an appointment to meet our cats/kittens please go to peterzippifund.org and submit the online adoption application form. A link is located on the right-hand side of our Home Page. Once received, an Adoption Counselor will contact you within 72 hours or less to book your appointment.

Adoption Fee: $125.00

Our adoption fee generally covers everything your new feline friend needs to start their journey with you:

*Spaying or Neutering: Ensuring the well-being of our cats and controlling the pet population.
*Microchipping: A permanent identification method to keep your furry friend safe.
*Vaccinations: Up-to-date vaccines tailored to the specific needs of each cat.
*Fecal Testing and Deworming: A comprehensive approach to intestinal health.
*Viral Testing (FeLV/FIV): Conducted on all adults and most kittens based on their origin.
*Comprehensive Blood Work: For many of our adult cats, ensuring their overall current health.

In addition to all standard treatments outlined above, many of our cats and kittens have received costly treatment for other maladies that result from abandonment or starting life on the streets.

Of course, if you would like to make a larger donation to help cover our care for the homeless cats, we would be delighted. All donations over the adoption fee are tax deductible.

In memory of Peter Zippi, a young man dedicated to the care of animals, The Peter Zippi Memorial Fund For Animals was founded in 1977 by Dr. Alice Villalobos. We have adopted out over 14,000 pets (mostly cats) since then. The fund is run by wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly to help those who can't help themselves. The fund sponsors spay/neuter vouchers to qualified persons, and shelter for and adoptions of lost and homeless animals.
