My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trinket is a very affable and confident girl who regularly shows the boys in the room that she can keep up with the best of them. She likes all kinds of toys, from chasing wands, ribbons and little bouncy springs, to running through tunnels and climbing cat trees, Trinket is all-in! When the more active cats say it's time to wrestle, she is ready to rumble. And when it's time to nap, she will fall asleep long and hard to be ready for the next round. If your preferred cat is a tough little cookie with lots of affection for people, Trinket is your lucky charm.

Trinket is engaging, friendly, makes new friends easily and meets others at their energy level for playtime. She loves food and is on a very healthy raw/wet food diet. Due to her activity level, she will need to be adopted with a buddy or into a home with an active animal companion. She has lots of friends at Tail Town, but her best buddy is Grizzly Bear.

Meet Trinket at our partner cat cafe in Pasadena, Tail Town Cats during their business hours: Friday - Sunday, 11am - 5pm.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
