Cesar is a sweet 6 year old guy who is laidback, sweet, & loves attention!

Cesar likes to play & be silly. He also enjoys a great car ride as you can see in the attached video.

Cesar is good with children & dogs his size. He can be intimidated by bigger dogs & kitties.

Cesar does not like the rain or snow. He needs to wear his coat in bad weather.

Cesar love to cuddle & will snuggle with you all day.
