--============================================

Hi, I'm Chester. I was found roaming a neighborhood and some nice people that I followed took me in for the night while they tried to reunite me with my family. Unfortunately after several weeks no one came forth to claim me.

I don't let that get me down though I have met many great people since and I get along with all of them very well. I'm a confident pup so I'm good at adjusting to new environments.

I'm still young at heart and love to play. Tennis balls are my favorite! I get along with other dogs and just want to meet every dog I see. Foster Mom says not every dog is friendly so I can't just go say hi to all of them. I'm working on containing my excitement. I've also started training to improve my manners and I'm really good at it! It's fun to train it keeps my mind busy.

Although I can be a goofy playful boy I'm also a couch potato. Especially when a good show is on and I get to cuddle with foster mom.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

To begin the adoption process, please complete the adoption application online.

Please see our adoptable pets page for a list of the current pets that we have for adoption.

All interested applicants must complete an adoption application for the pet that you are interested in. Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.

One of our volunteers will review the application and contact you via email or phone to ask any questions that we might have. We also reserve the right to perform a home visit for any adoption. During a home visit, a Catering to Cats and Dogs volunteer will come to your house to see where your new pet will live.

If you are not sure which one of our adoptable pets would be right for you, please contact us and we would be happy to advise you as to which pet may be a match, just let us know what you are looking for.

Once your application is approved and a match is found, you will be required to sign an adoption contract and pay the recovery fee
