Hi! My name's Caesar and I'm looking for someone to spend the better half of my
life with. I was found abandoned in a sealed basement in Philly with my brother
who passed away shortly after due to infection from the living conditions, but after
some love from my foster parents I'm ready for my forever family! My Foster noticed that face is paralyzed and I've been checked out. The good news is it hasn't progressed and does not limit me at all, no need for meds or eye drops! Even better- it gives me a very charming smirk...bad news is I can get the occasional ear infection since I forget to clean the ear I can't feel!
I love people and while I'm still learning how to trust and interact with them, I’m SUPER cuddly and a little needy once I trust you. I once crawled into the full bath tub to curl up on my foster moms stomach. I can get a little too excited when getting attention, especially at first. I
have been known to swat or bite hands that are pulling away..but I promise I'm working on better manners on how to ask for more attention..I just want more pets!
Caesar is up to date on vaccines, neutered and ready to go home with you. His perfect home would be just adult humans; Caesar has had a few feline roommates but is very selective as to who he gets along with and would require very slow introductions. Due to his manners he would be best suited for a home with older children if at all who will respect his signals.
