Nikita A425475
Located At: Sonoma County Animal Services
Description: I am a spayed female, brown and black German Shepherd Dog mix.
Age: I am estimated to be about 2 years and 1 month old.
Weight: I weigh approximately 87 pounds.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 24, 2024.
Say hello to Nikita! This beautiful shepherd is a very people-oriented pooch, who can’t wait to get into a loving home. Nikita just wants to give all her love and affection to humans! She seems to prefer people rather than dogs, as she was avoidant when meeting a young female shepherd and doesn’t like dogs in her face. She acts a bit like a momma dog, giving corrections to annoying dogs. She allowed a male pit bull to approach her after a long introduction, but was tense and didn’t seem to enjoy it. We recommend Nikita be the only dog in the home. She will make a great student for learning more obedience and leash training. She does not guard her food and pulls moderately on leash. Adopt Nikita and experience the joy of a loyal, loving, and intelligent companion.
