Not everyone is the life of the party! It's heartbreaking that such a loving boy is being overlooked time and again simply because he's shy. If someone gives him the chance, he'll prove he's the most loyal, gentle, and loving dog. Radar is a 1 year, 50 lb Hound/Lab mix (best guess!), with a heart of gold. Yes, he's shy at first with new people (zero aggression) and initially will probably hide, but with his fosters, he's beyond gentle, loving, and affectionate. He's wonderful with the 3 little boys in the home, actively seeks out love and cuddles, and adores all other dogs. ***He's looking for a home with a confident canine sibling to show him the ropes.*** If you’re willing to put in some time and patience, Radar will reward you with a lifetime of quiet devotion and unconditional love. He is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.

Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue is a rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused and neglected dogs across the country. Ollie's Angels does not determine whether a life is worth saving based on age, special needs, or physical condition. In our eyes, every animal deserves a second chance at life.

We believe that every dog, as well as every adopter, has a unique tale to tell. Our mission is to consider both the needs of our animals and their humans to find the best possible match for each life we save. Adopting a dog is a very emotional experience, and we are committed to treating all of our adopters with respect and kindness throughout the adoption process.

Our special foster program gives us the chance to get to know each dog on a personal level. This helps us to select the perfect home for each individual dog based on his/her needs and personality. Each and every animal we save is adopted into a safe and loving forever home where he/she will be a cherished member of the family. Prior to being placed in a new home, all of our animals receive the highest quality medical care, as well as being spayed/neutered, microchipped, and updated on vaccinations.
