Meet the Pet
This helps The Rescue Crew with pet care costs.
Hi, I’m Burberry. I’m a beautiful, sassy terrier mix. My foster mom thinks I look a lot like her pug crosses from years ago. Either way, I’m looking for my forever home!
I’m doing well on potty training; we spent a lot of time outside so this makes it easy for me. My foster home has three other resident adult dogs and a cat, so I am learning a lot about following the pack and how to behave. They tell me how it is, and I listen, but with a little sass. The cat, well, she’s an odd thing. I’m learning that she means business, just like the resident dogs.
Foster dad says I’m “expressive”. He laughs when I entertain myself by throwing my toys in the air or when I study and follow an ant on the back patio. Foster mom is amazed at my terrier- ability to squeeze myself into the smallest of spaces in her pantry when I’m following my nose.
Crate training….it’s a breeze! No potty accidents in my crate. After a full day of activity, I sleep all night. I even put myself down for a nap when I’m tired from barking at the cat.
If you’re looking for a sweet sass of a friend, It’s me, me me!
I hope to meet you soon!
If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.
All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown.
