Pear is a medium-sized two year old, female Bulldog mix. She is a very sweet gentle girl, who is fairly laid back and well-mannered. Sadly, she is often overlooked in her cage because she is so well-behaved. Pear has done well in play groups with 2-3 other dogs in the park, as long as the other dogs are fairly laid back like her. Almost like an older dog, Pear does not like play groups with hyper over-excited dogs (many of us can probably relate to that!). Pear is also very good on a leash, and she makes for a very enjoyable walking companion. She is treat-motivated, and has quickly learned Sit because of that. All that is missing is for Pear to find her person(s), where she would be a cherished family member in her furever home.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
