This little ball of love is named King Aegon Targaryen, First of His Name, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, and Protector of the Realm... but he goes by just "Egg," or any variation of "Egg" (Eggyboy, Eggington, etc.), and definitely comes when called. He may be a smol boi, but he has a dynamic personality that trancends the parameters of his tiny body, which can be described best as fiesty, tenacious, and made up of pure love. He is extremely kind, affectionate, and an absolute purring machine. He is a lapcat and loves to be nestled in bed or in the couch with you. He is enthusiastic about being petted, and loves attention. He is a very high energy, and needs lots of play-time. His favorite toy is a feather wand, and loves to have a playmate of the same age or a little older. He uses the Breeze System for a litterbox with no issues, and eats wet kitten food from Blue Buffalo enthusiastically. He gets along well with other cats, and has a large appetite. I recommend this sweet and loving boy to a family with older children only (hard limit), and another kitten or cat up to 2 years of age, or with a willingness to play with sweet Egg

Our mission is to provide the programs and services needed to eliminate the killing of at-risk animals due to lack of space, adopter or foster.
San Antonio Pets Alive! is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Due to alarming euthanasia rates, San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!) was founded in 2012. SAPA! is unique—it is the only high paced, high-volume rescue in San Antonio, saving 6,000 at-risk cats and dogs annually.
Since its inception, SAPA! has saved more than 47,000 dogs and cats. SAPA! provides safety nets for the dogs and cats that fall through the cracks of all other lifesaving options and end up on the euthanasia lists, often with just hours to be saved. SAPA! promotes the availability of these dogs and cats to other rescues, adopters and fosters.
