Maximillion is a charming 3 year old Belgian Malinois mix with a heart full of love. This sweet and gentle boy is the epitome of a `Velcro dog,` always eager to stay close to his people and shower them with affection. Inside the home, he`s calm and loving, making him a wonderful companion for those cozy, quiet moments.
Maximillion does have a bit of a stubborn streak when it comes to obeying commands. However, with patience and consistent training, he`s sure to improve. While he`s slow to warm up to new people and can be reactive at first, once he trusts you, his loyalty and affection are unmatched.
He does need some work on walking on a leash, as he tends to pull and can be a bit unruly. With the right guidance and training, Maximillion will become an excellent walking partner.
Overall, Maximillion is a loving, dedicated companion looking for a patient and understanding forever home to help him continue to blossom. If you`re ready to invest some time and love into training and socialization, Maximillion will reward you with unwavering loyalty and endless affection.
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
