Hello, potential pet parents! My name is Metro, and I'm a charming 9-year-old tabby with a heart full of love and a spirit that refuses to quit. I've got beautiful, warm eyes and a coat that shows off my unique tabby stripes. While I might be FIV-positive, it doesn't stop me from living a happy and fulfilling life, and it certainly shouldn't stop me from finding my forever home! I’m a bit shy at first but warm up quickly, especially if there are plenty of chin scratches and treats involved. I’m the perfect lap cat. I love to snuggle up with my humans and purr away the hours and at 9 years old, I’ve outgrown the wild kitten phase and am quite content with a cozy spot and good company.

Play, cuddle and connect! If its a match the cat gets to go home the same day!

You and the adoptions counselor will go over your new bffs (best. feline. friend), medical records, payment and adoption contract.

More about this rescue

Founded in 1988, Purrfect Pals was the first no-kill cat shelter and sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest.

Our cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Our ultimate goal is to match them up with the perfect family at one of our five Puget Sound adoption centers or special adoption event, but these cats will have a loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.
