My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
Titus, quite a big name for a little guy! Our Titus likes to rest high up in his kennel, on his kuranda bed(call it his throne) where he rolls on his sides and back, stretches, vigorously head bunts and purrs quite loudly when he sees a visitor at his door. His eyes sparkle with anticipation! He can barely contain his joy to be with a friend (see his video). He eventually jumps down his bed, samples a few treats and aims for a welcoming lap waiting for him...Closeness feels so good... Titus is a real treat, a shared moment of fun and sweetness with a great cat who is a very common American Shorthair with "distressed" ears but with a gold and regal heart. Titus came to us with sixteen other kitties as their owner was taken into care. He is dreaming of a home to call his own and mostly of a new owner or family to love. Titus is already neutered and could be yours..today. Come and meet him very soon at the Manhattan Care Center!

Titus interacts with the assessor, appreciates & solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience.

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.
